Return Policy

As the majority of all other online boutiques, Miss Morelle is happy to offer online store credit only under these following circumstances:

1. ALL items must be returned in their original state. This means unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and tags attached.

2. The item(s) are shipped back to us within 14 days after the day they were delivered to you. If items are received past this date, we have the right to deny the return.

*If any item is returned and appears to be worn, has deodorant stains, makeup stains, or has been washed your return WILL BE DENIED. Please check your item(s) thoroughly before returning to avoid denial.*

How To Return Your Item(s)

  • Send an email to shopmissmorelle@gmail.com
  • Make the subject field "Return"
  • List your full name, order number, and date of purchase
  • Please list the reason for your return

Once these steps have been completed, we will email you a shipping label that you can print out. It is important you understand that the shipping cost to return your item WILL be deducted from your online store credit.
